  • What if I have a question or a problem with my order that’s not answered on the website?
  • Don't worry … just give us a call at 914-475-2928. Our Baker, Anthony, can personally help you from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday. Or, e-mail your question to cardosocookies@gmail.com . We promise to get back to you within one business day.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
  • Sorry. At this time we only ship within the United States and its territories.
  • Can I have my cookies sent to multiple addresses?
  • Of course. At this time, each shipping address must have its own individual transaction. Sorry for any inconvenience, we are working on a remedy.
  • Do you have a storefront or offer a "pickup" option?
  • Although we currently don't have a physical storefront, we do NOW offer a "store pickup" option. Our pickup location is Mama Mia's Restaurant located at 901 Route 376 Wappingers Falls, NY 12590
  • When will my cookies arrive?
  • Our cookies are baked to order. And we ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. The reason is to ensure you will receive your cookies the same week you order them, and they don't get held up in the postal system over the weekend. Your package should arrive 1-3 days after being sent. We can NOT guarantee USPS delivery dates due to the possibility of sorting errors/ mishandling by USPS. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Except for the holiday season and special orders, most orders are shipped within two business days. Please be aware, there are occasional USPS delays in transit due the holidays because of high volume.
  • How much are the shipping and handling charges?
  • Shipping and handling charges depend on the state/ region you live in. We always ship USPS Priority Mail.
  • What is required to ensure delivery?
  • We will need a street address, company name and/or personal name, apartment number, suite number, floor number, telephone number and any other information you think may be important. Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for being given a wrong address. If this occurs, please contact us we will work with you to complete the order correctly.
  • Do you offer local delivery?
  • Yes. We now offer FREE Local Delivery. Please check out our Shipping/ Local Delivery FAQs page to see if your town is available.
  • How long will my cookies stay fresh?
  • We stand by our scratch made policy so we don’t use any preservatives or artificial ingredients. The result is a cookie that will have a shelf life up to 1 week. If they last that long of course. For anyone looking to extend the happiness, our cookies can be frozen for up to 1 month.
  • What if my cookies are damaged during shipping?
  • Our cookies are baked to order and shipped quickly. We do our best to package them, and we are constantly looking to improve upon our packaging to ensure our customers receive a consistently perfect product. With that said, if your cookies are damaged please contact us so we may return that smile back to your face cardosocookies@gmail.com 
  • What is Cardoso Cookies privacy policy? 
  • We respect your privacy and the privacy of anyone you share our cookies with. We will never sell any of our valuable customer names to third party entities.
  • How do I place a corporate or bulk order?
